Weight: This is a medium weight sweater, that's not too light where it flairs out or too thick that you can't throw a jacket over it.
Essi Side Note: This is a realitively impressive piece of merch, quality wise. I was very pleasently surprised by this one. It's not too deep of a black, and the threads are nice and tight throughout so I don't worry about puppy claws ripping it apart like other sweaters I have XD It's very quickly becoming my favorite sweater
